1. When is the conference scheduled to occur?

The 1st Edition of the ICNSM Conference is scheduled to take place from 5 September to 6 September 2024.

 

2. Where will the conference be conducted?

ICNSM 2024 will be conducted in HYBRID MODE: Participants have the option to attend either in-person in Batumi, Georgia, or virtually from their homes or workplaces.

 

3. When does registration commence?

Registration for the ICNSM 2024 Conference opens on 15 July 2024.

6. What does the registration fee include? How can I book a hotel room, and what are the rates?

7. What does the registration fee cover?

For In-Person Participants:

  • Admission to all conference sessions, poster presentations, and the exhibition area
  • Conference kit, which includes a name tag, program booklet, and Abstract Book
  • Two coffee breaks and lunch for each day of the conference
  • Certificate of participation accredited by the Organizing Committee
  • Note: Participants registered under the Listener and accompanying categories are not permitted to present papers during oral or poster sessions.

 

8. For Virtual Participants:

This option enables participants to virtually present at the conference from the convenience of their homes or workplaces without physically attending.

9. When can I expect to receive my registration/conference materials?

Your registration materials will be delivered to you via email.

 

10. I will not be presenting any work at the Conference. Can I still attend the event?

Certainly! We welcome participants who are not presenting work under the Listener category.

 

11. Are there any discounts available for group registrations?

Yes, we offer discounts for group participants. For details and discount codes, please contact the conference secretary via email: [email protected].

 

12. What is the cancellation and refund policy?

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the conference secretary.
  • Cancellations made prior to 90 days before the conference start date will receive a full refund, less a $100 processing fee.
  • Cancellations made within 90 days of the conference start date are non-refundable but can be applied to the upcoming event.
  • Registrations are transferable until October 28, 2024. Any transfer requests received after this date will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed in the second week following the completion of the conference.

Please note: The Refund/Cancellation Policy does not apply if the conference is postponed due to natural disasters or unforeseeable circumstances beyond the organizers' control, including but not limited to force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accidents, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes, or hostilities. In such cases, the organizer will offer registered participants the opportunity to transfer their registration fee and accommodation charges to any future editions or related conferences.

 

13. How can I obtain a receipt for my registration?
